CORONA
Corona is located about 45 miles southwest of Los Angeles and is considered the circle city as it encompasses the 91/15 freeway interchange. City of Corona
- Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos: The Shops at Dos Lagos features an upscale mix of over 60 retailers and restaurants. A fifteen-screen movie theater, two lakes and outdoor amphitheater.
- Glen Ivy Hot Springs: Natural hot springs, red-clay mud baths, 17 pools and spas, spa treatments and salon services are also available.
- Golf courses: Corona is well known for the six public golf courses that are easy to get to yet challenging for all level of players.
- Corona Lake: Well-known to be one of the most heavily stocked lakes anywhere and is home to the famous MONSTER size fish and SUPER FISH.
- Tom’s Farm: Home to a 3500 square foot produce stand, Tom’s farm also hosts many unique shops and restaurants. Recent additions include the Family Fun Center.
Fender Museum of Music and the Arts: a museum and educational facility complete with classrooms, a 48-track digital recording studio, outdoor amphitheater, gift shop, and a Visual Arts Gallery.
- Other activities: the city has more than 394 acres of parks, with sports fields, basketball courts, playgrounds, tennis courts, skateparks, and outdoor pools.
EASTVALE
Eastvale is located in the northwestern corner of the unincorporated portion of Riverside County off the 15 freeway and Limonite. Eastvale's boundaries are: the Santa Ana River to the south, Hellman Ave. to the west, Wineville to the east and Bellgrave to the north. - This former dairly enclave is home to over 30,000+/- residents (11,000 homes) and growing. The community is preparing for a community center, library, civic center, regional park and more.
- There are 8 parks available now with sports fields, skateparks, roller hockey, and more. There are 5 more parks being built in addition to a jogging and biking trail along the Santa Ana River.
- As this community was home to many dairies and farmlands, you can still come to pet the cows, volunteer at dairies, and see how a chicken farm works.
- There are currently four elementary schools open, one intermediate school and one high school with several other schools in various stages of planning and development. The schools are all part of the Corona-Norco Unified School District.
CHINO HILLS
Chino Hills is uniquely located at the junction of four Southern California Counties, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino and well-known as the safest city in San Bernardino County. Chino Hills is well known for its high quality of life and beautiful rural atmosphere. The community, with its growing population of 78,668, boasts 3,000 acres of publicly-owned open space, 40 parks, 38 miles of trails, and five community buildings.
Chino Hills was named the 21st Safest City in the United States (2005 FBI Crime Statistics) and ranked #68 on the "Top 100 Best Places to Live in the United States" by Money Magazine. City of Chino Hills
- Big League Dreams Sports Park: Home to replicas of six major league baseball stadiums, this amateur sports facility hosts two stadium clubs, an indoor soccer field, outdoor volleyball courts, batting cages, skateboard park, and a play area.
- Chino Hills State Park: A 13,000-acre haven for red-tailed hawks and mountain bike enthusiasts, the Chino Hills State Park is open year-round. There are 65 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and equestrian riding. You can also enjoy overnight tent and RV camping.
- Shoppes of Chino Hills: proposed opening in 2007, the Shoppes of Chino Hills will feature an upscale mix of 40 retail stores and restaurants. It will also house the Chino Hills Civic Centers, Library, and City Hall.
- McCoy Equestrian Center: This state-of-the art equestrian center is well-known as the centerpiece of the community, providing equestrian training and pleasure riding. It boasts horse shows and is available as a center for weddings and receptions.
- Other Activities: Chino Hills has three dozen parks, 38 miles of equestrian and walking trails, the historic Los Serranos Golf & Country Club, free summer concerts and film series in city parks, and the world-famous Vellano Golf Club is scheduled to open in late 2006.
CHINO
Chino is centrally located in the western portion of the Inland Empire, in the lush valley below the San Gabriel Valley Mountains. Incorporated as a city in 1910, Chino is a well-established residential and commercial area with beautiful neighborhoods, diverse demographics, irresistible hometown charm and a well-rounded business mix.
The 75,969 residents of Chino represent the ethnic and cultural diversity that is characteristic of Southern California. Settlers and newcomers have made an impact on the community that can be seen in events such as the Portuguese Fair, the Basque Picnic, Cinco de Mayo and the Highland Games. City of Chino
- Prado Regional Park: A 2,000 acre getaway in the Chino Valley Basin where you can enjoy fishing, horseback riding, camping, boating, picnics, golfing, Olympic shooting ranges, playgrounds, waterpark, and numerous ballfields.
- Chino Municipal Airport: Home to the renowned, yearly Chino Air Show and the famous Planes of Fame Air Museum. Also available is the Young Eagles Program that introduces children to the joy of aviation and allows them to fly in an airplane.
- Yorba-Slaughter Adobe Home: This historical landmark is home to the oldest standing adobe residence in San Bernardino County.
- SC Village Paintball Park: A well-kept secret Paintball Park where games are played in a park-like atmosphere on themed courses ranging from jungles with rivers to cityscapes to military camps.
NORCONorco is an animal-keeping and equestrian-oriented community situated along the Interstate 15 Freeway in Western Riverside County. The City limits cover an area of approximately 15 square miles, with a population of approximately 26,703 as of January 2005. The City of Norco is part of the Corona/Norco Unified School Dsitrict. - Other Activities: Residents enjoy over 400 acres of parkland and 95 miles of pedestrian/equestrian trails.
- Norco is also home to the U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center and historical Norconian Lake Club.
