"I had the pleasure to speak at the MOMS Club of Corona Central a few weeks ago and during my presentation, I mentioned my sister sites across the U.S. The President of the MOMS Club said, " Yes, I've used one when I traveled". I sent her an email and asked for the scoop. Here is what she said:
"It was East Valley Parent in AZ. My best friend lives in Gilbert, near Chandler, so we went to several free story-times, a free magic show, a free science weekend at local libraries with educational crafts sponsored by a local museum, low-cost aquatic parks, and community events; we also went to the Arizona Science Center in Phoenix (we got in free since we're members here at Santa Ana's Discovery Science Center); we also checked out the Arizona Museum of Youth in Mesa (bigger and better than the Chino Youth Museum) - kids LOVED IT, we could have gone there many more times!! So, the only time we splurged was when I took 2 of the girls to BounceU. I spent less than $50.00 on "activities" for 4 kids (my 2 daughters, ages 1 and 3 and my 2 goddaughters, ages 5 and 7) during an 8 day period. Keep in mind we spent some mornings or afternoons at home playing; but we left once a day to do some type of activity, which made the week go so much smoother and the girls all enjoyed themselves and each other! Many thanks to your sister site - I had no idea how many libraries these two communities have, let alone all the community events nearby!"

"I found a great xmas light display in Chino Hills - its on Celadon Court - which is near Slate/Soquel Canyon. The whole street is decorated and lights are even strung across the road and inbetween the houses.
