Volunteers are needed for one on one tutoring for the adult reading program at Chino and Chino Hills branch libraries.

Kids Club is an after school program for children grades K-6th. Available Monday through Thursday before and after school, feel comfortable leaving your children with professionals who will make sure that your children are well cared for.
"Thank Goodness it's Fitness" makes Fridays special. Along with fitness, sports, games, arts and crafts, nutrition and more, children are taught how to make positive choices to stay healthy, strong and active.
Every day of the week professional staff provides homework assistance, a snack and a safe environment for children to explore and play. After homework, children can play indoor or outdoor games while fully supervised.
We offer bus transportation for this program to and from the following schools: Highland, Norco Elementary, Riverview, Sierra Vista, Harada, and Vandermolen. Norco Residents pay a $61 flat fee and Non Residents pay a $66 flat fee. There is an additional $10 fee for morning care and a $10 bus fee. TGIF is $16 per day or $52 per 4 week session. If your child is enrolled in the after school program, the fee is only $12 for each Friday. All of these programs are at 3939 Cedar Ave in Norco. Individual and group acts welcome. All Talent Show participants must attend an Elementary or Jr. High School in the Chino Valley or live in the Chino Valley area.
Show Description: To warmly unite every school as one community in support of the children suffering with life-threatening medical conditions. All proceeds from ticket sales and concessions will fund the Junior Advisory Team goals of enhancing the bedrooms of children struggling with life-threatening illnesses all while inspiring other youth to get involved in their communities.
This Community Talent Show is not a competition - it works to promote artistic talents by providing a venue to showcase the work of our youth. During this unique event, children of all ages and grade levels perform dance, music, acting, public speaking, and learn event coordination. This is more than a talent show for kids; it is a community event to raise awareness of our neighboring families all while celebrating the artistic gifts of our children.

The Easter bunny is coming to Irvine Park Railroad! On Saturday, March 20th through Saturday, April 3rd, Irvine Park Railroad will hold its annual Easter Eggstravaganza. Children and adults can ride the train through beautiful Irvine Regional Park. And, children ages 2 through 12 can participate in an Easter egg hunt. Each egg will be filled with candy or a prize.
Easter egg hunts begin daily at 10:00 AM and tickets may be purchased to participate in an egg hunt at a specific time. Please bring an Easter basket for each child that will be participating in the Easter egg hunt. Irvine Park Railroad will also offer Easter baskets for sale. Tickets must be purchased on the day of the event in order to receive a wristband for the Easter egg hunt. The "Olympic" games are open to boys & girls 2 1/2 to 6 year olds. Children will participate in the Soccer Kick, 25 yard Dash, Javelin (Nerf) Throw, Basketball Shoot-out, and the Obstacle Course. All participants will receive a T-shirt, ribbons, and a certificate. Visit our "Olympic Village" where the children can create Olympic themed crafts. Start times vary by age: 2 1/2-3 year olds start at 8:45am; 4 year olds start at 10:30am; and 5-6 year olds start at 11:45am. Entry fee is $15 per child. The deadline to register is Wednesday, March 24, 2010.

In an effort to bring live music to Eastvale, I have started a brand new event at the Borders in Eastvale. "The Eastvale Sessions" will take place on the last Saturday of every month at 7pm and will feature a wide variety of music performed acoustically by myself and my students. This will be an incredible opportunity to hear some great live music, enjoy some coffee and support the musical arts in Eastvale. We have been working very hard to learn songs by your favorite artists and it is now time to bring the show on the road!!
