Get ready for the 66th annual Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival in Indio which runs February 17-26, 2012.

For 66 years, families have looked to the Riverside County Fair to give them the best entertainment value – that's why they keep coming back year after year.  Headliner entertainment in the Fantasy Springs Concert Pavilion has an exciting line-up this year, including LeAnn Rimes, Banda Los Recoditos, Hot Chelle Rae, Uncle Kracker, and the ever popular Super Fiesta featuring Lorenzo de Monteclaro. No need to buy a separate ticket for these acts because all headliner entertainment is included with the price of admission.

The Grandstand Arena features exhilarating shows that are a must see including Fiesta Del Charro, Bull-O-Rama, Monster Trucks & Freestyle Motorcross, Demolition Derby and the hilarious Camel & Ostrich Races that continue to captivate audiences with their crazy riders and unexpected animal behavior.

Indulge in your favorite Fair foods while you visit, from Cinnamon Rolls to Fried Twinkies to Gelato, you are sure to find something to satisfy your sweet tooth. The Nightly Musical Pageant mesmerizes crowds every night of the Fair with a talented cast of singers and dancers in dazzling regalia. Mid-week entertainment provides you the opportunity to go back in time with a tribute to Don Henley & the Eagles, as well tributes to Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack.  Two Carnivals will please the entire family with extreme rides for thrill seekers, as well as rides for the young or young at heart.

Don't miss the special promotions at the Fair this year:

• Opening Friday, February 17 – FIRST FIVE HOURS FREE - from 10am-3pm, all Fairgoers will be able to walk through the gates at no cost
• O'Reilly Tuesday, Tuesday, February 21 – Present proof of purchase from O'Reilly Auto Parts at the entrance gate and receive one free
  admission. Purchase must be a minimum of $5 within the month of February 2012.
• Kids' Day – Wednesday, February 22 - with each paid adult admission, one child can get into the fair at no charge
• Fantasy $5 Friday – Friday, February 24 – As the presenting sponsor of the Fair, Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is giving back to the
  community by creating an entire day for all Fairgoers to get into the Fair for only $5.00!
